Joel is a 3rd year apprentice plumber with Jinavo Plumbing & Drainage who brings both technical training and substantial industry knowledge to every job. With five years of prior plumbing supplier experience and genuine commitment to learning, Joel approaches your plumbing needs with professionalism, respect, and a problem-solving mindset. He's trained to handle a wide range of plumbing work and is always eager to explain what's happening and ensure you feel confident in the solutions being provided. Matty is a fully licensed plumber who has earned a reputation as Jinavo Plumbing & Drainage's most reliable operator and master problem-solver. With seven years of hands-on experience and formal licensing, Matty brings technical precision to every job—from emergency response to complex commercial projects. When Matty shows up, you're getting a veteran operator who combines formal qualification with real-world expertise and an obsessive commitment to solving problems right the first time.
Nathan Diack is a 2nd year apprentice plumber with Jinavo Plumbing & Drainage, currently progressing through formal apprenticeship training in Victoria. He combines classroom instruction with practical job experience, working under the supervision of licensed professionals. Nathan is developing core plumbing competencies including diagnostics, repair work, installations, and the professional standards required for the trade.
Amanda Bortone is the voice and face of Jinavo Plumbing & Drainage—the Administration Manager who ensures every client interaction is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely cared for.
